One other 55,000 of the dehumidifiers have been bought in Canada.
The dehumidifiers, made by Gree Electrical Home equipment of China, have been linked to 450 fires and $19 million in property injury, in keeping with the CPSC.
The recall -- first introduced in September 2013, up to date in October 2013 and expanded in January 2014 -- consists of 20, 25, 30, 40, 45, 50, 65 and 70-pint dehumidifiers with model names Danby, De'Longhi, Fedders, Fellini, Frigidaire, GE, Gree, Kenmore, Norpole, Premiere, Seabreeze, SoleusAir and SuperClima.
