New Drug Permitted for Postmenopause Sexual Ache

Nov. 17, 2016 -- A brand new drug to deal with postmenopause-related ache throughout sexual activity has been authorized by the U.S. Meals and Drug Administration.

The drug Intrarosa (prasterone) is a once-daily vaginal insert and the primary FDA-approved product to include the energetic ingredient prasterone, also referred to as dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA).
